This two story home built by USModular, Inc. has 2972 sf, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a den.   The home replaced a non-energy efficient home built in 1924, saving the owner hundreds of dollars each year in utility costs.  The home went from foundation to a two story single family home in just one day!   The neighbors were spared the extra noise, dust and wasted material if the home would have been built with the traditional site built construction method.   This method of building (modular construction) is less expensive and requires 30% more wood which enhances the structural integrity.
